We lost our cart building shop on Feb 7th. We are deeply grateful for all that was NOT lost, and for the help we have received via monetary donations via GiveSendGo, and privately. That has truly been a blessing, and has kept us going. Also deeply grateful that ALL of the skijoring harness making is done in our home, which was saved by the amazing firefighters. I was behind a bit on my MANY orders when the fire happened, and for the first three weeks, had a pretty hard time getting myself back into the groove of sewing like crazy, as I am known to do. Happy to report that I am now fully back on track, though of course, still behind. Due to the many aspects of the aftermath of the fire, and the pricing of the skijoring rigging being raised on April 1st. I will be contacting everyone that has their name in my order book for a deposit on their desired equipment. If you are not on my order list, you can still put down a deposit, and get locked in for a harness though, at the current pricing! There will be a bit of a wait for the harness to be completed, but you will be ahead of the game for next season, and this will help keep us moving on the path of rebuilding. I also extend my thanks to ALL of my skijoring harness clients. Truly, they are the BEST!! Every harness I make, is made with love, and every one has a story attached to it. The individual people...and their equine pals they will be skijoring with. Spending time chatting with them, working out colour plans, enjoying when they share photos of their critters to me, then chatting some more, it is all simply heavenly, and I enjoy every moment of it!! 
 

SKIJORING HARNESS
NEW PRICING IN EFFECT
My harnesses are made with polypropylene webbing, with marine grade vinyl padding.  They come with rope lines, but NO bridle. A side pull headstall starts at $105 - a complete bridle with blinds starts at $165
Prices for harness (with lines) are $225 for mini - small pony $245 - $265 for full size horse, and $355 for draft horse size.

The Navajo material in the cover photo is extra cost. 
I can overlay a second color onto the harnesses as well. Mini size, $40, pony size, $50, and for a full size horse overlay, $75

  I can also add reflective webbing   overlaid onto any harness. Cost depends  on how much you would like added to your harness.                                                                                
NEW ADDITION!!! Now you can get a few matching pieces so you can be set to do some light dragging with your skijoring harness! The upgrade includes buckle on traces, a back strap with crupper, and an over the hip trace carrier strap. It will also include a webbing tab with a "square", with a Chicago screw. I will guide you to make a hole in your back pad, so you can add the tab. You can also get a singletree with rope, and snaps - then you will be all set!! The add-on pieces are $145 for mini size - $155 for pony, $165 for full size horse, and $175 for draft size. A powder coated singletree is $65 up to full size horse, and $75 for a draft horse size. 
​SHAFT KIT AND BELT
As shipping the two long side pipes becomes expensive, our skijoring kit includes the following - the shaft rear bar (with the eye bolt installed) two plastic pipe corner connectors - bolts and snaps to hook up to the harness, and a belt for you, with the dead man's quick release, and an adjustable strap for your wrist to quick release snap attachment. YOU will need to buy the two long plastic pipes, and duct tape, and we will include instructions on how to put this all together! Cost for the kit is $90 for minis, small pony, and full size horse - $110 for draft horse size.  Please contact me if you have any questions, and enjoy the videos!!
